- Environment and Privacy: Privacy was impacted by room window visibility, and premises compliance was flagged due to the presence of ligature anchor points that required better risk assessment.
Staffing numbers were noted as sufficient to meet resident needs, though high workloads made it difficult for team members to attend mandatory training on topics like life support and fire safety.

Despite these findings, the report also highlighted positive outcomes. The **psychiatric unit** has shown a notable improvement in completing general health assessments for long-stay residents.
