The new Louth GAA Stadium in Dundalk, Ireland, officially named Edward Goodman Park, is a state-of-the-art €37 million regional sports hub located on the Inner Relief Road. Louth County Board announced the Goodman Foundation as the naming rights holder for the venue, which is due to open in 2027.
Edward Goodman was a member of the Dundalk Young Irelands team that represented Louth in the first All-Ireland Football Final of 1887.
“The Louth GAA has had a long association with the Goodman organization and we are delighted that this partnership is going to continue at our new stadium through the involvement of The Goodman Foundation.”
“The purpose of the Goodman Foundation is to support the community initiatives and the new home for the Louth GAA is something that everybody in the County and beyond will be able to enjoy as it will be a fitting venue for the sporting and the community events.”
